- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of Pastry Cooks, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of quality in all pastry products, ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish.
- Communication and Collaboration: Foster positive working relationships with the Kitchen and Service teams, ensuring clear communication and a culture of teamwork.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, ensuring sufficient stock of ingredients and supplies to meet service demands.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a pastry leadership position, preferably in a high-volume restaurant environment.
- Certification: Certification in a hospitality-related field or equivalent is preferred.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of baking and pastry techniques, production, and kitchen equipment operation.
- Personal Qualities: Positive attitude, ability to give and take direction, and a passion for the food industry.
