Role Responsibilities:

The Client Relations Coordinator (CRC) plays a crucial role in our organization by being the primary point of contact for our clientele. The CRC is expected to uphold the highest standards of service while assisting both existing and prospective customers with their inquiries regarding routine transactions, new offerings, and any challenges they may encounter.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safeguard customer information by adhering to confidentiality protocols.
  • Engage proactively with customers to cultivate strong relationships.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; two to three years of relevant banking experience preferred.
