Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse team by providing guidance, support, and evaluations.
  • Offer quality leadership, problem-solving, and creative solutions.
  • Coach and mentor your team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Supervise event scheduling and organize weekly operations meetings.
  • Build efficient routes for Draft Quality Technicians and handle check-in/check-out procedures.
  • Build relationships with bar and restaurant staff and ensure the proper handling of weekend calls.
Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Competent in managing budgets and financial expectations.
  • Competent in developing budgets and understanding budget processes.
  • Proven leadership and team-building skills.
  • Supervisory and management experience.
  • Must be mechanically inclined.
  • Results-driven and self-motivated.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree and three years of successful management experience preferred.
  • 3 years in related industries.
  • Strong experience in the draft beer industry preferred.
Travel and Transportation:
  • Personal and reliable vehicle required.
  • Mileage & vehicle reimbursement- A Head for Profits provides TAX-FREE monthly reimbursement for mileage and the cost of increasing your current insurance coverage to our required minimums.
  • Travel is required on a limited basis. Localized travel is expected and annualized travel for meetings and trainings should be anticipated as a regular part of this position.

Starting Salary:
  • $55,000 + bonuses (paid out monthly).
