Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Outside Industrial Sales Representative to join our team at the Eau Claire facility. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing new business, building repeat business, and managing a sales territory in the greater Eau Claire area.

Responsibilities:

Identify target prospects and create strategic plans to turn prospects into customers.
Build and sustain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Coordinate with product specialists and inside sales team to efficiently manage current business and secure new business.
Maintain professional working relationships with strategic suppliers.
Participate in company-sponsored sales and technical training sessions.

Requirements:

Preferred Bachelor's Degree.
A minimum of 5 years of proven outside industrial sales experience with a tangible product.
Proven experience and success in developing new business, building repeat business, and managing a sales territory.
Established client relationships in the greater Eau Claire area.
Strong desire to achieve and succeed.
Mechanical aptitude.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong computer skills.
Valid Driver's License and good driving record.
