About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Account Manager to join our team at Five Star Plastics, Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and growing existing customer relationships within the defined region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of sales experience in the plastics industry, preferably with a focus on account management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
