Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Five Star Plastics Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and growing existing customer relationships within a defined region.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the injection molding industry
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
- 3-5 years of experience in sales or account management
- Strong knowledge of the injection molding industry and plastic product development process
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Pro-E or similar CAD software experience
- Established relationships and sales experience in the injection molding industry
Located in Wisconsin, Minnesota, or Illinois, this role requires frequent travel and the ability to sustain an appropriate level of travel. The sales region will depend on the primary location of the candidate.
