Key Responsibilities:

Role Summary:

The Revenue Management Analyst will achieve objectives through strategies aimed at maximizing revenue across both domestic and international markets. The analyst will conduct research, develop, and evaluate innovative methods to enhance ticket revenue utilizing pricing and revenue management strategies. Additionally, the analyst will analyze the competitive landscape to effectively position Spirit's fare offerings against rival airlines.

Core Responsibilities:

- Enhance overall revenue in designated markets.
- Conduct systematic analyses on market-level challenges and present insights and recommendations to management.
- Assist in the development and upkeep of departmental reporting.
- Supervise the pricing framework in assigned markets to ensure optimal performance.
- Communicate competitive pricing structures and actions within the marketplace.
- Collaborate with Revenue Management, Scheduling, Marketing, and Distribution teams to ensure maximum revenue generation.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as required. Duties may evolve based on changing circumstances (e.g., emergencies, workload fluctuations, or technological advancements).

Qualifications:

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Preferred fields: Economics, Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics)

Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience (Airline Pricing/Revenue Management experience is advantageous)

Essential Skills & Competencies:
- Ability to perform under pressure while ensuring accuracy and meeting strict deadlines.
- Proficient in collaborating within a dynamic team environment.


- Capable of generating and maintaining departmental reports – enhancing and refining reports to identify areas of concern or opportunities for improving analyst efficiency and increasing total revenue.


- Strong background in Mathematics/Economics – must accurately assess reports and evaluate areas of concern or opportunities to make prompt decisions to enhance revenue performance.


- Excellent written and verbal communication skills – must effectively convey market-level strategy decisions and outcomes to the team, upper management, and other departments to ensure alignment and understanding.
