Job Summary

Avery Dennison is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Operator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality products
  • Monitor and control production processes to ensure efficiency and quality
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and objectives
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and productivity
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; 3+ years of relevant manufacturing experience preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced production environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of previous manufacturing experience
  • Solid interpersonal skills, mathematical aptitude, and logical problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in a team environment and leading continuous improvement efforts
