Senior Machinist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Machinist to join our team at Goodway Technologies Corporation. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for performing machining, fabrication, assembly, and testing tasks in support of new product development.

The ideal candidate will have advanced machining skills, including experience with 3-axis CNC milling machines, conventional mills and lathes, and CAM software. You will also be responsible for maintaining tolerances of 0.003" using manual milling and turning operations.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Engineering to produce prototypes using various manufacturing methods and materials.
• Fabricate components, fasten parts together, and assemble and test complete units.
• Aid in the design, build, testing, and diagnosis processes.
• Change tasks quickly and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Advanced machining skills, including experience with 3-axis CNC milling machines and conventional mills and lathes.
• Experience generating and optimizing toolpaths and G-code using CAM software.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain tolerances of 0.003" using manual milling and turning operations.
• NIMS (or equivalent) certifications preferred.
