Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our construction site project-based team in Louisiana. This role will provide administrative support to the project team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have a high degree of detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

About the Role: As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing professional customer service, processing day-to-day administrative items, managing project calendars, and coordinating travel reservations. You will also assist with meetings, record meeting minutes, and maintain organized project filing systems. Additionally, you will order supplies and contribute new ideas for continuous improvement and effectiveness of Administrative Services (AS) team within the project.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need a High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 1 year of relevant administrative assistant experience in construction or a related industry. A College degree and/or relevant administrative skills certification are highly desirable. You will also require excellent verbal communication and written business communication skills, as well as good judgment to solve problems and escalate issues when necessary.

Work Environment: The work environment is a construction site project-based office setting, with moderate noise levels and occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions. As an equal opportunity employer, we welcome applications from diverse candidates.

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
