Talent Acquisition Manager-Bilingual Job Description

Vaco is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager-Bilingual to lead and manage the recruitment function across our client's operations in the insurance industry. This full-time, onsite role is based in Irvine, California, requiring presence in the office 5 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, with a focus on sourcing and hiring talent that meets the specific demands of the insurance industry.
  • Collaborate with senior management to design and implement recruitment strategies that address the unique challenges and needs of the insurance sector, including roles related to underwriting, claims, compliance, and actuarial functions.
  • Oversee the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, with a particular emphasis on finding candidates with insurance industry experience.
  • Partner with department heads, especially within insurance-related functions, to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans that attract high-caliber candidates familiar with the insurance landscape.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs for the recruitment team, with a focus on metrics relevant to the insurance industry, such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and retention rates in industry-specific roles.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years managing a team of recruiters.
  • Experience in the insurance industry is strongly preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is a must-have.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to develop and implement successful recruitment strategies within the insurance industry.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is essential.
