We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our full-cycle recruitment efforts as we continue to grow. This role is essential in identifying and attracting top talent for our field positions, including construction roles, engineers, estimators, and construction management.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the complete recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and providing feedback.
- Guide and mentor the recruitment team, ensuring they effectively manage 2-6 open requisitions at a time.
- Utilize your expertise to assess candidates and make informed hiring decisions that align with company values and needs.
- Work closely with department heads to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Assist in the transition to a new HRIS system (Paycor) following the new year, bringing your insights and expertise to the process.
- Participate in yearly performance evaluations, identifying areas for growth and development within the team.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong experience in full-cycle recruitment.
- Experience in construction or engineering recruitment is a plus.
- Proven ability to assess and select candidates effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Experience with HRIS systems; familiarity with Paycor is a plus.
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid model (onsite Tuesday and Thursday).
