Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will develop, drive, and execute staffing strategies to support our Irvine Manufacturing and CAPS Phoenix sites.
Responsibilities- Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, screening, selection, pre-employment testing, and onboarding.
- Oversee and partner with HR Business Partners on compensation evaluations, recommendations, and vacancy updates.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of applicants and new hires.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with educational institutions, associations, and other organizations to attract top talent.
- Coordinate and participate in recruitment events, such as campus visits, career fairs, and job fairs.
- Act as a site administrator, responsible for overall management and training, ensuring system utilization, data integrity, and process improvements.
- Develop and analyze staffing reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics.
- Lead the Talent Acquisition Team on programs, practices, and systems, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 06-08 years related experience required.
- Regular and predictable attendance.
