We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at OrangeTwist. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding top talent to support our business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Sourcing and Recruitment
- Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards and professional networks
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Onboarding and Administration
- Coordinate with HR and other departments to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires
- Manage and update applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
- Prepare and distribute offer letters and employment contracts
- Reporting and Analysis
- Assist in preparing recruitment reports and analyzing key metrics to inform future recruitment strategies
- Education
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
- Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or a related role
- Skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse - ATS)
