  • Monitoring Services: Oversee burglary and intrusion alarm systems, ensuring prompt response to any alerts.
  • Emergency Dispatch: Coordinate emergency services dispatch for incidents occurring at various locations.
  • Technical Support: Provide expert assistance and troubleshooting for alarm panel systems and their components.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Main Security team, Specialists, Operations, and Management to enhance security protocols.
Qualifications
