Position: Claims Capture Unit Representative II

This role involves managing both incoming and outgoing communications while directing leads to the correct department. You will utilize a computerized system for monitoring and collecting data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound communications and electronic inquiries, directing leads to the relevant department.
  • Apply product knowledge to handle electronic mitigation requests and incoming customer inquiries to generate Claims Capture Unit (CCU) leads for assigned franchises.
  • Communicate with franchises via phone to relay claim details and process accepted leads.
  • Conduct outbound communications with franchisees, insurance representatives, and policyholders regarding mitigation services.
  • Address disputes related to franchise lead fees.
  • Ensure that switchboard communications are effectively routed to the appropriate corporate personnel.
  • Utilize a computerized system for data tracking and information gathering.
  • Complete mitigation requests using contact database software and/or email to create a CCU lead and assign it to the designated franchise.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Experience in a call center environment is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with contact database software (e.g., RESPOND 365, Xactanalysis, Symbility).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.

Work Environment:

This position is fully remote.
