Position: Claims Capture Unit Representative II
This role involves managing both incoming and outgoing communications while directing leads to the correct department. You will utilize a computerized system for monitoring and collecting data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound communications and electronic inquiries, directing leads to the relevant department.
- Apply product knowledge to handle electronic mitigation requests and incoming customer inquiries to generate Claims Capture Unit (CCU) leads for assigned franchises.
- Communicate with franchises via phone to relay claim details and process accepted leads.
- Conduct outbound communications with franchisees, insurance representatives, and policyholders regarding mitigation services.
- Address disputes related to franchise lead fees.
- Ensure that switchboard communications are effectively routed to the appropriate corporate personnel.
- Utilize a computerized system for data tracking and information gathering.
- Complete mitigation requests using contact database software and/or email to create a CCU lead and assign it to the designated franchise.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Experience in a call center environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
- Familiarity with contact database software (e.g., RESPOND 365, Xactanalysis, Symbility).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
Work Environment:
This position is fully remote.
