Key Responsibilities:

Account Management:

  • Proactively manages incoming leads through the sales pipeline to generate new opportunities and finalize transactions.
  • Recommends products, provides quotes, negotiates pricing, and successfully closes sales.
  • Addresses customer inquiries and issues using available Newtex resources and expertise.
  • Generates new business through outbound communications, including calls, emails, and industry events.
  • Collaborates with Newtex colleagues to resolve order or product-related challenges.
  • Communicates specific order requirements to manufacturing and keeps clients updated on delivery timelines and potential issues.
  • Maintains and utilizes the Zoho CRM database for leads, prospects, opportunities, and accounts.
  • Adjusts pricing and discount levels for products as necessary.
  • Analyzes data to identify trends, pricing strategies, sales deficiencies, and demand growth to achieve and surpass objectives.

Marketing Coordination:

  • Stays informed about economic, market, product channel, and competitor trends.
  • Collaborates across various departments, including Sales, Marketing, Design, Customer Care, and Supply Chain, to create marketing initiatives and lead generation strategies.
  • Oversees social media presence, including content creation, graphics, articles, and customer interactions.
  • Works with digital agencies and SEO/SEM specialists to enhance Newtex's online visibility.
  • Ensures quality and consistency in messaging, promotional materials, advertising, trade shows, and the corporate website.
  • Manages the primary eCommerce platform via Amazon, focusing on product selection, branding, content, imagery, pricing, and advertising.
  • Utilizes tools such as Google Analytics, Amazon reporting, and Qlik to monitor performance, identify success areas, and determine areas needing improvement.
  • Conducts competitive analysis of relevant eCommerce competitors.
  • Maintains up-to-date and engaging imagery and content; proficient in the current Content Management System (CMS).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business preferred.
  • Typing speed of 30 words per minute; proficient in MS Office and skilled in web applications, including Adobe, Google Analytics, and Zoho/Salesforce CRM.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in a second language is a plus.
  • High-energy, positive attitude, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels.
  • Strong emotional intelligence, attentive listening skills, and the ability to follow directions clearly.
  • Self-driven and accountable for tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
