Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the architectural design process, creating innovative concepts through sketches, digital renderings, and presentations that align with client goals.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, collaborating with Principals and other Architects to develop technical solutions.
  • Coordinate project efforts to ensure efficient and cost-effective execution.
  • Manage client budgets, schedules, and project communications to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Oversee the production of comprehensive architectural documents using industry-standard software.
  • Provide mentorship and leadership to project teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and industry standards throughout all project phases.
  • Contribute to business development through client engagement and proposal preparation.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements
  • Registered Architect with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in architectural design and project leadership.
  • Strong understanding of building systems and construction methodologies.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality architectural projects from concept to completion.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong graphic and visualization capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications
  • LEED AP+ certification.
  • Experience in retail and multi-site projects.
  • Management experience of direct reports.
