Position Summary:

The Sales Representative is tasked with developing and nurturing a client portfolio within the designated region, focusing on the sales of Kubota Equipment and Duetz Fahr Large Tractors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage new potential clients, assessing how our offerings can fulfill their requirements.
  • Effectively communicate the advantages of our machinery and services to prospective customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of new agreements and document all customer interactions.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
  • Quickly address and resolve any technical or customer-related issues.
  • Participate in industry events, product demonstrations, and relevant meetings.
  • Stay informed about new product developments from our suppliers and competitors.
  • Keep management updated on any changes in the territory that may impact business performance.
  • Ensure timely delivery of equipment as per customer orders.
  • Collaborate closely with the Credit Manager to address any credit or payment concerns.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Prior experience in sales of Turf and Tractors is preferred.
  • Strong time management capabilities.
  • Ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely in writing.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
