Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Customer Service:

  • Aligns personal objectives with the organizational goals and values.

Operational Duties:

  • Completes daily operational tasks, including maintaining the sales floor and backroom.
  • Adheres to all retail policies and procedures, including loss prevention.
  • Utilizes technology to support relationship building and achieve sales goals.
  • Restocks inventory on the sales floor as required.
  • Processes shipments as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a luxury retail environment preferred, with a strong understanding of fashion trends.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in cash register systems and basic computer skills, including mobile devices.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to communicate effectively, maneuver the sales floor, and lift products as needed.
  • Schedule: Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
