**Job Summary**

The Kids Supervisor - Weekend Parties is a key role at Life Time Fitness, responsible for delivering exceptional experiences for children during our weekend events. This position requires a unique blend of creativity, energy, and attention to detail to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for our young guests.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Engage and Entertain**: Develop and implement interactive activities, games, and crafts that captivate children's imagination and keep them engaged throughout the event.
  • **Safety and Well-being**: Monitor and maintain a safe and healthy environment, ensuring the well-being of all children and staff.
  • **Operational Excellence**: Manage event logistics, including setup, execution, and teardown, to ensure seamless delivery of our programs.
  • **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service to parents and children, responding to their needs and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
  • **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with our events team to ensure a cohesive and successful event experience.

**Requirements**

  • **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • **Experience**: Previous experience working with children, preferably in a recreational or educational setting.
  • **Certifications**: First Aid and CPR/AED certification required within the first 60 days of hire.

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • **Experience working with children**: Proven ability to engage and manage groups of children in a fun and safe environment.
  • **Customer service skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
