  • **Operational Excellence**: Manage event logistics, including setup, execution, and teardown, to ensure seamless delivery of our programs.
  • **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional service to members and guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
  • **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members to ensure a cohesive and effective event experience.

**Requirements**

  • **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • **Experience**: Previous experience working with children, preferably in a group setting.
  • **Certifications**: First Aid and CPR/AED certification required within the first 60 days of hire.

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • **Customer Service**: Proven ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • **Communication**: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members.
