Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Food Industry Leader to join our Prepared Foods team at Whole Foods Market. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business results, leading high-performing teams, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence in the Prepared Foods department.
  • Lead and motivate a team of experienced professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of daily operations.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
  • 24+ months retail experience, including 12+ months of team leadership experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of products, buying, pricing, merchandising, and inventory management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, motivational, team building, and customer relationship skills.
  • Demonstrated decision-making ability, leadership skills, and ability to prioritize and delegate.
What We Offer

Whole Foods Market offers a competitive salary range of $23.60 - $42.50 hourly, commensurate with experience.
