Restaurant Operations Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Restaurant Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented group of individuals and contribute to our mission of delivering great and friendly guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding employees to ensure a high-performing team
- Communicate job expectations and goals to the team, ensuring everyone is aligned and working towards a common objective
- Hold team members accountable for their behavior and performance, providing feedback and coaching to help them grow and improve
- Support the development of team members, helping them to build their skills and advance in their careers
- Create and maintain a guest-first culture in the restaurant, ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience
- Ensure all shifts are appropriately staffed to achieve guest service goals, balancing the needs of the business with the needs of our guests
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment by enforcing safety and sanitation guidelines, protecting the well-being of our guests and employees
- Ensure Brand standards, recipes, and systems are executed consistently across the restaurant, maintaining the high standards of quality and service that our guests expect
- Help prepare and implement action plans to drive system improvements, identifying areas for growth and development and working with the team to implement changes
- Control costs to maximize profitability, balancing the needs of the business with the needs of our guests
- Execute in-restaurant marketing promotions and new product roll-outs, driving sales and increasing revenue
- Drive sales goals and track results, using data and analytics to inform decisions and drive growth
Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role
- Basic computer skills, with experience using software and systems to manage operations and drive results
- At least 18 years of age
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in math and financial management, with experience managing budgets and controlling costs
