As a Fitness Sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in our studio, which operates seven days a week, with a schedule that includes a mix of day, evening, and weekend shifts.


Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to members and guests by assisting with workout bookings.
  • Inform guests about our services and programs to support their fitness journeys.
  • Conduct studio tours for new guests and fitness program participants.
  • Manage phone inquiries and follow-up communications.
  • Participate in community events to promote the Orangetheory brand.
  • Proactively work towards achieving sales and performance targets.
  • Ensure a clean and professional studio environment for guests and team members.
