At OneMain Financial, our Consumer Loan Sales Consultants play a vital role in assisting clients by understanding their financial needs and providing access to quick, friendly, and affordable financing solutions for various life expenses. This position offers an opportunity to gain insights into the lending and servicing sector, paving the way for career advancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and branch sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients throughout the loan process and its lifecycle.
- Offer tailored financial solutions that align with customer objectives.
- Introduce optional insurance products to clients.
- Clarify loan terms and conditions to ensure customers have a comprehensive understanding.
- Collaborate with local businesses to identify and cultivate new customer opportunities.
- Acquire skills in credit underwriting techniques and sales methodologies.
- Oversee the loan lifecycle, including collection activities, while adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Sales, Collections, or Customer Service.
- Bilingual candidates, particularly in Spanish, are encouraged to apply.
