Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and branch sales targets while meeting customer expectations.
  • Establish new relationships and nurture existing ones, guiding customers through the loan process and its lifecycle.
  • Offer tailored financial solutions that align with customer goals.
  • Introduce optional insurance products to customers.
  • Clarify loan terms and conditions to ensure customer comprehension.
  • Collaborate with local businesses to identify and develop new customer opportunities.
  • Learn to apply credit underwriting techniques and sales tools effectively.
  • Oversee the loan lifecycle, including collections, while adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales, Collections, or Customer Service.
  • Bilingual in Spanish.

Work Environment

This position requires on-site presence.
