Job Title: Project Technical Director

At Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions, we're seeking a skilled Project Technical Director to join our team. As a key partner for our customers in the North American market, you'll act as a collaborative technical leader responsible for supporting the successful sale, system design, execution, commissioning, and operation of complete system solutions tailored to our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the development of state-of-the-art anaerobic digestion systems
* Oversee process design, from concept to commissioning

Requirements:

* Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including vision-setting, team alignment, and decision-making in dynamic environments
* Proven ability to build great customer partnerships and deliver exceptional solutions
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical field (advanced degrees welcomed)
* 10+ years of experience in waste treatment solutions design/operation (15+ preferred)
* Extensive knowledge of biosolids industry and anaerobic digestion processes
