Job Title: ServiceNow Technical Lead

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and maintenance of ServiceNow ITAM
  • Develop and implement technical strategies to improve ITAM processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
  • Relevant management certification may be required
  • Experience in a similar role would be advantageous
  • Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities
  • Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills
