Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and imaginative individual to join our team as a Social Media Content Specialist. This role focuses on producing captivating content primarily for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Key Responsibilities

  1. Channel Representation:
    You will serve as the face of various brand channels, showcasing your enthusiasm for growing your own social media presence. Providing examples of your previous work will be advantageous.
  2. Creative Development:
    Utilize your knowledge of social media trends to brainstorm and develop innovative video concepts that meet client expectations. Participate in client pitches and strategy discussions by presenting sample content that highlights our capabilities.
  3. Content Production:
    Transform creative ideas into reality for our clients' social media platforms by interpreting briefs from the social media team. Generate imaginative and trend-driven concepts for short-form videos that align with brand identities.
  4. Platform Expertise:
    Stay updated on the latest trends, challenges, and features across social media platforms. Use the tools and effects available on these platforms to enhance the visual quality of your content.
  5. Continuous Learning:
    Be open to developing your skills in the ever-evolving field of social media content creation. Embrace feedback and guidance from senior team members to refine your abilities.

Qualifications

  1. Camera Experience:
    Demonstrated experience in front of a camera, whether through TikTok, YouTube, or other platforms.
  2. Content Creation Skills:
    Experience in shooting and editing content using mobile devices, along with proficiency in video editing applications.
  3. Vertical Video Knowledge:
    A strong desire to learn about social media platforms, trends, and creative possibilities, particularly in vertical video content.
  4. Creative Thinking:
    The ability to think outside the box and produce content that stands out in a competitive digital landscape.
  5. Adaptability:
    Willingness to adapt to changing trends and utilize new features on relevant platforms.
  6. Communication Skills:
    Strong ability to convey brand messages effectively through creative content.
