Your Responsibilities:
- Generate and draft concise social media copy for various platforms, including Instagram, X, Threads, and LinkedIn.
- Conceptualize, produce, and implement short-form video content for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
- Experiment with different content formats, from skits to greenscreen effects and dynamic editing.
- Identify and act on emerging trends and topics to foster innovation, enhance engagement, and expand community reach on platforms.
- Develop content strategies and calendars for NoGood's social media channels and clients.
- Regularly analyze and report on the performance of published social media content to extract insights and refine future content.
- Assist in creator partnerships, outreach, and relationship management.
- Write blog articles and contribute unique insights to the NoGood blog regarding the marketing landscape.
- Create content at our headquarters in the vibrant Soho area of New York.

Your Qualifications:
- Experience in producing short-form video content for platforms like TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram, whether for a brand or personal channel.
- Strong writing and social media copywriting abilities, encompassing both long and short formats.
- Exceptional storytelling skills — adept at capturing and maintaining audience attention.
- Analytical mindset with a solid grasp of key metrics across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and X.
- Creative and innovative thinking.
- Proficiency in shooting and editing videos using tools like CapCut and Adobe Premiere.
- Interest in growth, product development, and technology, along with a keen awareness of social media trends and internet culture.
- Ability to articulate stories or conduct research and present topics in an engaging manner.
- Skill in creating captivating content (text, images, and video) that aligns with brand identity, while contributing fresh ideas to the team and thriving in a collaborative environment.
