Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Multi-Color Corporation. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing customer complaints, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to ensure the highest quality of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze customer complaints and identify root causes of issues
  • Collaborate with production, sales, and other teams to resolve complaints and improve processes
  • Develop and implement improvement projects to optimize internal operations and guarantee product quality
  • Communicate with customers to inform them of analysis and initiatives taken
  • Ensure accurate administrative registration of files and support auditing activities
  • Model corporate values and principles
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • College degree strongly preferred; High School diploma or GED with equivalent experience required
  • Ability to maintain a working pace consistent with job requirements
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to think creatively and develop effective solutions
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong multi-tasking, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Ability to work in an empowered team environment
  • Auditing experience (BRC/ISO) is a plus
  • Knowledge of Microsoft AX, SAP, or other production and customer management systems is preferred
Working Conditions
  • Wear hearing, foot, eye, and other personal protective equipment while in a manufacturing setting
  • Frequently use hands to handle or feel, and to write and type
  • Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, climb/balance, and reach with hands and arms
  • Frequently lift and move up to 10 pounds, occasionally lift and move up to 35 pounds
  • Occasionally required to stand, walk, and sit
  • Low to moderate noise environment in office areas, moderate to loud in manufacturing
  • Work flexible/varying schedules and hours as needed
  • Work overtime as required by workload and customer mandated deadlines
  • Occasional travel to customer locations may be necessary
