Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Food Safety protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential food safety risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and improve Food Safety processes.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on Food Safety procedures and protocols.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of Food Safety activities and compliance.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging Food Safety trends and best practices to ensure our facilities remain compliant and competitive.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Food Safety, quality assurance, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Food Safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified Food Safety Manager (CFSM) or Certified HACCP Professional (CHP) certification.
  • Experience with Food Safety software and systems.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.
