Primary Responsibilities:

    • Operate the KBA (Koenig & Bauer) press with a focus on safety and efficiency
    • Perform makeready processes and adjust press components accurately
    • Conduct maintenance tasks, including replacing worn rollers and cleaning ink distribution systems
    • Execute color and register adjustments to uphold quality standards
    • Exhibit proficiency in offset presswork techniques
    • Interpret and implement job specifications with precision
    • Safely manage equipment and execute necessary adjustments
    • Carry out routine maintenance and minor repairs
    • Mentor junior press assistants

Key Qualifications:

    • Strong collaborator with the ability to work effectively in a team
    • Competence in measurements and clear communication
    • Proficient in English with the ability to follow written instructions
    • Capacity to stand for extended periods and lift weights as necessary
    • Keen attention to detail and flexibility in working hours

Experience Criteria:

    • At least 2 years of experience in setting up and operating sheet-fed presses
    • Prior experience with sheet-fed press machinery
