Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to provide administrative support for our utility construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Office support to field staff, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Project administration, including data management, planning, and scheduling.
- Ensure deadlines and requirements are met, maintaining attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Data entry and management associated with internal project management software.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Due to the dangerous nature of the industry, employees must be able to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods.
- Proficient in English is required.
- Excellent overall computing skills, including Microsoft Office Intermediate to advanced skills.
- Business or Office administration related diploma/degree/accreditation preferred.
- Strong communication skills, efficient typing ability, and time management skills.
- A High School diploma is required, and 2+ years of related work experience is preferred.
