Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Marriott Lancaster At Penn Square. As a key member of our hotel's front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling room reservations, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Service: Greet and welcome guests, respond to their inquiries, and provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
  • Room Reservations: Process room reservations, handle check-ins and check-outs, and ensure accurate room assignments.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, handle guest complaints, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with guests, colleagues, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is an asset.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
