Job Overview

We're seeking a highly organized and communicative Office Administrator to be the first point of contact for our clients and employees. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing mail, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome clients and employees, providing them with necessary information and directions
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, paperwork, and photocopying
  • Manage mail and deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient processing
  • Arrange appointments and maintain the calendar
  • Respond to phone calls and emails, ensuring relevant information is shared with the team
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with administrative software
  • 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment
