We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Program Coordinator to join our Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) team at Open Sky Community Services. As a Program Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the day-to-day operations of our program run smoothly, while also providing high-quality rehabilitation services to individuals served.
Key Responsibilities- Provide oversight of program staff, treatment, milieu management, and administrative functions.
- Ensure the program adheres to contractual requirements and provides high-quality rehabilitation according to each person's Treatment Plan.
- Develop and monitor the implementation of procedures that ensure the health, safety, and well-being of individuals served.
- Foster relationships with neighbors, local educational institutions, and the community.
- Participate in on-call rotation.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent, required.
- Experience working with adults with mental health challenges, required.
- Previous supervisory experience, required.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record, required.
