About the Role:

The ACCS Assistant Program Coordinator plays a vital leadership role in providing direct support to individuals served and supervising overnight staff. This position requires a strong understanding of evidence-based interventions and a commitment to delivering high-quality, clinically focused care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support to individuals served, working closely with Residential Counselors to ensure their needs are met.
  • Supervise overnight staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of quality care.
  • Assist the Program Coordinator with administrative tasks, including program scheduling and budgeting.
  • Document progress and participate in supervision, team, and other assigned meetings.
  • Implement activities that facilitate the development of valued roles and personal relationships in the community.
  • Develop and implement habilitation, whole life, and other service plans.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record.
  • Reliability, willingness to learn, and being open to new opportunities.
