Job Title: Onsite Wellness Coordinator

Asset Health Inc. is a leading provider of comprehensive corporate health promotion programs. We are seeking an experienced Onsite Wellness Coordinator to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Onsite Wellness Coordinator will be responsible for promoting and facilitating a supportive culture of success and wellbeing for our clients. This includes building relationships, communicating effectively, and utilizing evidence-based practices to improve individual and organizational health and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the planning, design, implementation, delivery, and evaluation of comprehensive corporate health promotion programs.
  • Lead onsite leadership and communication of the company-wide wellness incentive program.
  • Build relationships at the employee and leadership level to support investment in the wellness program.
  • Practice cultural competence and empathy, deeply learning and immersing self in company culture.
  • Utilize behavior change methods during one-on-one and small group coaching sessions to encourage adoption of healthy lifestyle habits.
  • Assist with the integration of a robust online wellness portal platform with onsite activities.
  • Work with the client management team to develop and analyze reports on health data, participation, activities, engagement, and overall program results.
  • Outline a calendar of events targeting health risks for varying work populations.
  • Conduct new hire trainings and orientation regarding the wellness program offerings.
  • Leverage health plan, wellness, and community resources as part of the wellness program support.
  • Onsite client liaison responsibilities in coordination with offsite client management team.
  • Development and deployment of communications supporting program offerings and events/activities.
  • Support and manage kickoff meetings/activities for events/challenges.
  • Onsite Biometric Screening events and Flu Clinic coordination.
  • Assist with Benefits Communications/support as requested.
  • Perform other client administrative and operational tasks as requested and agreed upon.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in health, wellness, public health, health promotion, or other related fields.
  • National Board Health and Wellbeing Coach Eligible.
  • 4+ years of experience in health, health prevention, health promotion, and/or behavioral change methodology.
  • 2+ years of project management experience in a related field or environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of wellness program management or coordination role.
  • 2+ years of experience working with senior level positions.
  • One or more of the following certifications: Certified Wellness Professional, Certified Personal Trainer, Registered Dietician.
  • Graduate level degree in health, public health, health promotion, or other related fields.

  • Demonstrates strong critical thinking skills, creative problem-solving skills, and providing thought leadership to solve business problems.
  • Knowledge and passion around health promotion, behavioral change strategies, and organizational psychology.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze data to communicate program efficacy and engagement.
  • Advanced time management, planning, prioritization, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Motivated self-learner with new technologies and skills.
  • Excellent computer and documentation skills required.
  • Leads with humility, charity, perseverance, relationships, engagement, and responsibility to create an inspiring, fun, and healthy work environment.
Working Conditions and/or Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • No manual labor or lifting.
