As a consultant within the LTR team, you will collaborate with clients to establish their digital strategy and execution roadmap, designing and implementing distinctive digital solutions that deliver measurable value.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities

  • Salesforce Technical Program Coordinator (CPQ experience is advantageous)
  • 10 years of experience in the IT sector
  • 5 years of experience managing projects within Salesforce CRM
  • Responsible for guiding, coaching, and training in scrum methodologies while assisting the project team in Scrum / Agile principles and driving process enhancements.
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver value and coordinate within and outside the team to facilitate the completion of the team's backlog, guiding the team in adding stories to its backlog as necessary.
  • Proactively identify obstacles and resolve them using a network of peers (Scrum of Scrums) and formal channels (including escalation if needed)
  • Oversee all aspects of multiple concurrent fast-paced projects with distributed teams
  • Manage the release plan, communication plan, and risks and issues management plan (these are PMO responsibilities)
  • Assist the Product Owner in managing the scope of team(s) and facilitating changes
  • Facilitate the team's Agile Scrum ceremonies (Release Planning, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review/Demo, Sprint Retrospective).
  • Ensure (using SCRUM and AGILE) appropriate, complete, and timely team achievement of all documentation, tracking, and reporting metrics (including user stories, project progress, resource utilization, change requests, issues, risks, risk mitigation plans, test results, etc.) and ensure adherence to delivery timelines
  • Responsible for creating, maintaining, and updating PMO initiatives and assisting PMO with overall governance.

Technical Skills:

  • Domain expertise in enterprise software development projects - strong preference for Salesforce knowledge
  • Extensive experience in managing Agile and hybrid/plan-driven programs in Agile Product
  • Lifecycle tools (e.g., Agilecraft, Rally, VersionOne, Jira, etc.) highly desirable.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Project, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge and expertise in project management and SDLC methodologies and tools (i.e., Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, Iterative)
