Job Overview

Our bustling quick service establishment is in search of a dedicated individual with outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills to take on the role of Shift Supervisor. In this position, you will be responsible for managing the team, welcoming and serving patrons, and overseeing restaurant operations during your designated shift.

Your collaboration with team members will ensure that food and beverages are served promptly and efficiently. This role includes scheduling staff, assigning tasks, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring compliance with all food safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, train, and schedule restaurant personnel during shifts to enhance productivity and ensure adherence to standards.
  • Arrange coverage for staff unable to fulfill their shifts.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure all areas are well-stocked by managing supply orders and deliveries.
  • Assign specific tasks to departments and individual staff members, ensuring timely and successful completion for efficient service.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a courteous and efficient manner.

Qualifications:
  • Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office, are highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in food service is essential, with a background in fast food or quick service preferred.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Demonstrated organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Prior experience in a supervisory role is necessary.
  • Experience in the food service sector is required.
  • Previous management experience in a restaurant setting is advantageous.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends is essential.
  • Must possess strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
