One Twenty Three is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Custodian - Cleaning Crew Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our cleaning crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our cinema facilities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Ensure clean and safe guest experience at One Twenty Three
  • Ensure theater auditoriums, lobbies, restrooms, and parking lots are clean, safe, and well-maintained on a daily basis
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, trash removal, carpet cleaning, sweeping, and mopping floors
  • Clean seats, bathrooms, and windows
  • Perform seasonal indoor and outdoor maintenance tasks as needed
  • Use proper personal protective equipment as required
  • Maintain inventory of custodial supplies

**Requirements:**

  • Ability to start at 6:00 a.m.
  • Time management and efficiency skills required
  • Ability to use commercial cleaning equipment
  • Communication skills to ensure proper maintenance of facilities
  • Great work ethic and ability to work independently
  • Ability to be on your feet and active for 6-8 hours or more, climbing stairs, bending, twisting, lifting up to 40 lbs, and using commercial cleaning equipment
  • Team player willing to go above and beyond for guests and peers
  • Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required
