Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sanitation Specialist to join our team at Epi Breads. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all equipment and facilities are properly cleaned and sanitized.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning and sanitation procedures.
  • Collaborate with production team members to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Monitor and control chemical usage and storage.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in cleaning and sanitation or a related field.
  • Ability to read and write in English.
  • Basic math skills and ability to perform calculations.
  • Proficient in computer software and ability to learn new systems.
