We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Environmental Services Specialist to join our team at the Boys and Girls Club of the Muskegon Lakeshore. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our members and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain all areas of the facility, including floors, walls, windows, and restrooms.
  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and unclogging drains.
  • Assist with special events and activities, such as setup and cleanup.
  • Monitor and report any safety hazards or concerns.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in custodial or maintenance work.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Working Conditions

This is a part-time, non-exempt position. The successful candidate will be required to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends.
