About the Role

The Regional Transitions Partner will work closely with our Business Development sales team to build strong relationships with prospective LPL Financial advisors and lead them through their transition and assimilation to our firm. This role requires a strong understanding of our tools and technology, as well as the ability to engage in strategic and operational discussions with advisors, their staff, and our executive team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Business Development recruiters to understand prospect needs and plan and execute transitions and assimilations
  • Provide hands-on support to advisors to help them transition clients and accounts quickly and seamlessly
  • Manage relationships and experiences of new financial advisors and firms during their transition and assimilation into LPL
  • Execute multiple client engagements simultaneously
  • Identify opportunities and create solutions to expedite and improve the transition and assimilation process

Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial services, preferably in client service, relationship management, or sales
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing projects and resources
  • Strong written and oral communications skills, as well as time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Project management, Series 7 license, compliance, sales, and relationship management experience is a plus
