Production Supervisor

At World Wide Technology, we're seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality and efficiency, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of production associates to achieve operational objectives
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve production workflows
- Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in a production or operations role, with a focus on leadership and team management
- Strong knowledge of LEAN methodology and concepts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
