Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of associates and technicians to achieve operational objectives.
  • Set and delegate day-to-day tasks to ensure the successful completion of projects.
  • Monitor production and work quality, providing coaching and feedback to team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate issue resolution and share production status.
  • Facilitate a fair and effective hiring process as required.
  • Execute leadership activities, including one-on-ones and employee reviews.
  • Evaluate team members' performance and provide feedback.
  • Engage team members to maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, and attendance performance.
  • Proactively plan for upcoming production work and ensure SLA's and KPI targets are met.
  • Manage escalations from team customers and drive collaborative activities to scale and standardize operational efficiencies.
Requirements
  • Associate degree, Bachelor's Degree, or relevant work experience.
  • Basic understanding of LEAN methodology and concepts is preferred.
  • Overall planning and execution of enhancing quality and customer service.
  • Product progress reports.
  • Supervision of a medium-sized team with direct reports.
Working Environment

This role requires working in a climate-controlled production environment with advanced networking, secure remote access, and certified procedures. The team consists of certified engineers with logistical and technical expertise to help reduce the risk, cost, and complexity of IT deployments.
