Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to join our team at World Wide Technology. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of associates and/or technicians to meet customer demands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of full-time subcontractor diverse associates to motivate, mentor, and coach them within WWT's Integrated Management Principle's and Core Values.
  • Execute leadership activities, including One on Ones, Employee Reviews, and Evaluations.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production goals to ensure SLA's and KPI targets are met.
  • Manage escalations from Team Customers and drive collaborative activities through operations, order operations, logistics, and support teams to scale and standardize operational efficiencies.
  • Work closely with support staff to build and secure support and resources for projects and initiatives.
  • Take proactive steps to ensure best practices are shared across all shifts and among the department.
  • Drive the training and integration of the team, while motivating and inspiring forward progress.
  • Participate in recruitment activities for the perspective teams.
Requirements
  • Associate degree, Bachelor's Degree, or relevant work experience.
  • Basic understanding of LEAN methodology and concepts is preferred.
