Job Summary

This is a critical role within the Broder Bros., Co. team, responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of customer orders. As an Auditor, you will work under the supervision of a Production Supervisor to verify that orders meet the required standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify the accuracy of customer orders, including piece count, style, size, and color.
• Ensure that cartons are packed tightly for shipping purposes.
• Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards set by the company.
• Record any picking errors on a log.
• Inspect products for damages or defects.
• Fold and place items neatly into cartons.
• Process returns to stock merchandise.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations.
• Interface with Team Leads and Supervisors on a daily basis.
• Coordinate with Picking Department personnel to correct inaccurate or incomplete orders.
• Forward completed orders to the Billing Department for invoicing.
• Perform housekeeping duties.
• Assist the Distribution Center team as needed.

Requirements

• Physical agility and stamina to stand, walk, bend for extended periods, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to utilize applicable WMS programs.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Basic oral and written communication skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Flexibility with work schedule and ability to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to teach, train, and develop entry-level employees.
• Ability to operate a mule.

Background Experience

• Prior experience as a Picker I is necessary for this role.
